Very lovely stay, as always. Immaculately clean and nicely decorated hotel, exceptional staff and exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious and tasty and the room was updated. Clean private bathroom. Good services, the free parking was available on-site. The easy check-in.

The large garden room was cozy with its own outdoor entrance, and we loved the shared lanai overlooking the lush garden. The friendly couple, robert and susan.

My previous visit left me wanting more, and this time, the private garden and proximity to the national park. The hospitality was great, and the breakfast was a good homemade experience that I looked forward to each morning.

Enjoyed visiting the National Park and nearby interesting spots. The cozy atmosphere was great, and we appreciated the warm hospitality. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes! Just a heads up, the common areas can feel a bit crowded, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The bathroom was quite small, and you have to be careful not to hit the wall while using it. It wasn't a huge issue, but definitely something to keep in mind!

The location near Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is fantastic. Just a five-minute drive away. The beautiful garden creates a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Comfy beds in the Garden Room made for a great night's sleep after our hikes. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, with pancakes and sausage that hit the spot. The private entrance to our room was a nice touch, and having a small kitchen available came in handy. We faced a few issues. The walls are quite thin. We also struggled with the heater. The main door was often left open, causing the place to be too cold . The bathroom setup was a bit odd, lacking a sink in the bathroom itself and instead having one in the kitchenette, not ideal. Despite these concerns, Robert was friendly and helpful, providing local tips and guidance. Some areas could use a little extra attention for maintenance, but overall, we liked our stay .

Perfect for families seeking comfort and adventure

We spent 3 nights in the Garden Room with 2 Queen Beds. Each morning Robert served us a hot breakfast with delicious pancakes and sausages, totally like having a five-star chef at our service. We also loved the late-night chats with other guests, sharing their own stories .

The garden views were a standout, showcasing beautiful greens and a bit of wildlife. The hosts provided snacks, coffee, and brochures, amplifying the cute atmosphere. The absence of a cooked breakfast left a noticeable gap, and some minor noise from other guests could be heard at times. Reservations were needed for nearby restaurants, potentially limiting dining options after a day of exploring.

A Perfect Family Retreat Near Volcanoes!

Our family loved this cozy spot! Erika's hearty breakfasts started our days perfectly. The room was comfy and well-stocked. The five-minute drive to Volcano National Park can't be beaten. Local eateries nearby offered a charming dining experience. A great stay for adventures!

The location was magnificent and lovely, near a golf course and the volcano national park. I stayed in a well-appointed room with a coffee pot, a king bed, and a microwave as expected. - the staff were helpful throughout my visit.

The room was nicely furnished and had a lovely patio, and the decor was impressive.

The meals offered here were excellent, and the building and rooms in the other three bedrooms were beautiful.
